Can U Use Aunt Jemima To Make Biscuits

D'Marc Cantu - Nation Podcast

It was in the February of 1926 when the Association for the Study of African American Life and History founded Back History Month which is dedicated to remember important people and events in the history of the African diaspora.
For the fifth Edition of the Nation Podcast "D'Marc Cantu" delivers a short liveset of his own musical productions, recorded on the birthday of Martin Luther King, Jr.: priest, activist and important figure of the Civil Rights Movement.
Stripped down, minimalist drumpatterns, in conjunction with deep gritty baselines and uplifting synth-hooks pave the soundtracks to some parts of MLKs most famous speeches.
